We care, once your renovation or new home has reached practical completion, you are not only protected by law with the Defects Liability Period - which is 13 weeks from practical completion date and the Warranties on home building work which is in effect for 6 years for all structural defects and 2 years for non-structural defects, we stand by our craftsmanship. So in the unlikely event that something does occur, we are more than happy to assist you.
